Live on FOX now. Aircraft is surrounded by 7 or 8 ferry boats rescuing passengers. I don't believe that it is an Airbus. The aircraft appears to be intact and is slowly sinking.
Well, after a better look it may be an A-320.
Latest is that it was Flight 1549, an Airbus A 320.
