if you have a secure job with your present airline I would be very wary of accepting a job with Monarch in Dublin as they have a habit of opening and closing bases on a whim!There is only one maybe two aircraft based there at the moment
Having said that I believe promotion can be very quick as it is a small expanding base at the moment.
