What's your source for the Nov statistics? As far as I can see from CAA website, only the provisional airport statistics for Nov have been published, and they don't give a breakdown by airline - only by route (and since ASW weren't the only operator on the NQY-LGW route in Nov07, that makes it impossible to work out what ASW's pax were versus last year).
I suspect that ASW are more or less on par with last year overall. Some of their routes will be down (because some frequency reductions and the overall state of the market) but also some new routes like GLA and NCL which seem to be doing ok.
