There is nothing wrong with airnorth. Take away the bullsh!t and its an ok company, ok aircraft, ok T+C (thanks in the main to a very determined and capable cadre of pilots who helped shape the UCA into one that rewards those that stay
long term). Pretty good, but not great.
Thats fine, and a good match for the right guys. So don't bullsh!t to a guy that asks for details that there is a jet job there in the short term. If thats important to him, let him go to HK, etc.
If I am wrong, tell
him how long he can expect to sit in a Metro or Braz, if he joins next week.
