I think that you are wrong, because if a new pilot joins he should be supported by HKAOA because he had nothing to do with the 49's and he is trying to build his career with the company. On the other hand people who is in the company and taking upgrades are the scabs because they are taking the places of the 49's. I hope that 1 day the HKAOA looks at what I said and band the people who take the upgrades. If anyone agrees with me let me know.
