Lack of consistency has been my experience of Club World. At its best it's absolutely superb; on other occasions it's been a case of being missed out when drinks are served (the window seat problem), the meal service not being cleared away, or too many PA announcements after departure on "short" Sleeper flights from eastern US and Canadian cities when those of us who have already dined want to sleep.
Having said that, though, seats 62A and 62K are, in my opinion, the best in the sky!
