The payout would have been Euro 2.8 million or Euro 1.4 million a year for two years. Where do guys like Mannion get the ego to seek featherbedding to such a lavish level when there are people with disability and sickness living on around Euro 200 a week. At least the Dell workers will have a few months of grace with redundancy payments etc before the harder times arrive.
It seems to me all these managers & CEOs get up to is look for more and more ways to cut costs and cuts people's jobs and they can get around Euro 1.4 million for that!
