Getting "some rest beforehand" instead of "puttering around" is a great idea, until you are based in, say Europe, and are slipping in somewhere like NRT, where the wake up call goes at around 1 AM on your body clock, just when you have finally got to sleep. So yes, I guess on ocassions some of us pampered Long Haul types don't feel "rested" ....then again I'm not sure 24 or 48 hours so called "rest" makes any difference to your state of mind ( "Lost in Translation" got that right..now where's Scarlett
