Take your hint from that. A "HR department" that usually consists of one office johnnie or former flight attendant with no HR training. Cannot even answer basic questions from pilot applicants!

Straight seniority under a union collective agreement. No fast tracking. It will be years to progress to a modest wage as an FO on an Ejet.
