I am only guessing. I suspect they are the bottom of the jet barrell.
In the past they used to add their super and all the other extras (meal allowance etc etc) to the salary to make it look like a reasonable package. i.e. $100,000 + super = $109,000.
The silence itself should tell a story.
Fom the outside, the E170 would be OK, home every night, the foods Ok apparantly
