Highland flying school offers ppl training for £4600 with night rating ant £490. If you pay for both as a bundle and you bargain they will drop £90 and round it off at £5000.
Getting a CPL round £5000 is really not that hard.
There are quite a few places that offer hour building in the form of para-dropping/glider towing for £0/hr. I know that this is hard to come by, but it is out there, so there is the possibility. But a more realistic example is buying a share in a small a/c. They are quite cheap but the price is irrelevant as you will get your money back when you sell the share. The running costs will then be around £60-£80/hr. Divide £80 to 4 ( presumably the a/c has 4 seats) and that gives you £20/hr. That involves having a lot of friends who want to fly for £20/hr.
I know in the real world it never really works as you plan, but if you try really really really hard you can do it.
