I agree, choppers should be choppers....
If theres that much need for VTOL and High speed, why don't they make a big px harrier design? It's not a new design, if they can get it to work all them years ago, well with all the technologies and advance materials they have now there must be a market for it.....
I.e make a VTOL px (or troop) carrying jet, leave the helicopter alone
yeah, that would work, airbus with thrust vectoring, interesting.......
