Are these the two old CASA-212 of Aero-Service in Pointe Noire?

Were they sold to Evergreen?

CASA-212-300 DF reg. TN-AFD
and
CASA-212-100 reg. TN-AFA

BTW, any one knows what happened to Aero-Service?
