Just heard the most disturbing news from Rossair.Just learnt that the Ops Manager, Rudi van Schalkwyk resigned.Please someone tell me this is not true, this will be one of the very best guys that they will be loosing and I wonder why ???
I sincerely hope that the management do everything in their power to keep him, one of the few guys you cold count on, always listened to your problems and always answered your mails.This is not good
