Talk to Falcon Aviation - the quickest contact is probably to go to the Festering City helipad and ask there since they control it (that's Festival City for those who are not there!).
If you're in Dubai anyway, don't forget that Aerogulf also do tourist flights and they may welcome someone for whom they don't have to pay accommodation. Dave Butler is the Chief Pilot on 04 2200331. They use a 206 and a 206L.
