The fleet consists of -100, -300 and -400 series DHC8s. The Qs are Q400 and some Q300. Mixed fleet flying has more to do with the type of operation; shortfield vs regional ops. Everybody flies the -300s. Shortfield ops pilots also fly the -100, while the regional pilots are on the -400.
