If the road links to and from the A1M were sorted, the rail station sorted out and a regular train service laid on, they would be in a good position to get the airport moving. Then if they were to push for a deal with ryanair, and of course, change the name back to "Teesside" I think they would start to see things moving. OIMHO of course!
