They dmamaged no aircraft? Well what happened to the cargo doors twice in October? I believe the loaders jammed something in them on 2 seperate occassions? Correct me if i'm wrong. As for the excellent handling when the contract was first taken on they had only one or two dispatchers trained, i know they had the most amount of warning from manchester airport that any handling agent has had and I also know (as I have witnessed on MANY occassions) that the check-in/ground staff have terrible customer service skills and are completely unprofessional.
