The latest QinetiQ personal flight vehicle trails consisted of:

1x airtight suit
4x tubs of twiglets
5x servings brussel sprouts
5x vindaloos

wait for suit to self inflate then use

1x pin

to create 'vectored thrust' of choice and stand WELL back.
