Menzies only lost the contract at EMA because of all the finance issues at MAN to do with damaged aircrafts etc, to keep the contract menzies told TCX that they will terminate all contracts and basically TCX pulled the plug and terminated the contract at EMA aswell. SO really the blame goes down to the baggage handlers at MAN
