KK - What is your source for J* commands within 3 to 5 years of employment. That may have happened in the past but what about looking forward.
As for money, I was once shown a payslip by a QF 744 SO (6th year service), last payslip for the financial year show'd gross earnings $184K, included Super & allowances. But that aint bad dosh for working half a much as a J* A320 Captain.
As for job satisfaction, ask the guys who have returned from MOU hotspots why they came back to mainline. They'll tell you they returned to QF mainline for BOTH money & lifestyle.
