I'll start what will probably turn into a long argument/discussion....
Somewhere near East Midlands Airport. Near the middle of the country (apologies to those in Scotland; I know it isn't really), easy to fly into, near the motorway system so easy to drive to, near some nice places for sightseeing...and fairly local for me.
