A/C & bad WX, a precarious mix at the best of times. We have mountains (poor choice of words I know) of books vids not to mention the training we get during our flying lessons all about flying into or in close proximity of bad wx when flying under the VFR. How can we stop this sensless loss of life? Answer that with any real effect & we would only be talking about good times in aviation here but we live in a real world in which at times I just don't get it!
A very hard lesson learnt there for the pilot, this guy (the pilot) has been punished forever. Like I said in the other thread with a similar outcome, stay alert!
