Yes the notes are first class, cd-rom excellent and the brush up gets you upto speed for the exams.
DL is ideal for me (full time job), and with the SUSTAINED effort put in, you do get results (first time passes in module 1), so it does work if you do.
Many other guys on here also recommend it (no, I don't work for them). Best thing is arrange to visit them, they are more than accomodating. See what the material is like for yourself, talk to the guys who are there doing the brush up etc.
