Malabo, 2 of the first 92's sold to Cougar didn't have aircon, they didn't think they would need it in Newfyland, .....wrong! I think they have now been retrofitted with it, if the aircon fails the air coming out the vents is almost 40 oC, the MEL says you can fly without it but you wouldn't get me in one without the aircon working it is a flying oven!
Definatly a work/health safety issue for the crew without aircon , major chance of heatstress/fatigue.
Also Bristow Australia have run Aircon in there S-76's in oz for at least 10 years.
