I am very happy at LEA..my moral is not low, I love my job and I am very proud to be part of the team.
The company needed to streamline, end of. Thats what they have done. No point paying a salary to someone sat at home doing nowt. Seems sensible to me, they are not a charity but a business and a successful one at that!
