I would certainly like to meet the Manager that says "I don't want to re-new these two major contracts"
This has happened at LHR! SAS gave notice to several airlines saying that financially it was unviable for them to handle a few of their big carriers. As people have said airlines are demanding more and more at a much lower cost. It gets to the point where handling agents would be loss-making if no other action was taken.
