Pity about Menzies. They were good at MAN and EMA, and didn't deserve to lose the contract. Probably jumped-up or stressed-up TCX managers tempted by immediate cost-savings offered by the competition. Which means pilots cabin crew and ground-handlers have to struggle again. Plus passengers.
