15 Hrs and no need to pay for ground school.Waste of money.Just study the Air Pilot Manual 5 and Confuser.
Oh what a thoroughly responsible approach to the achievement of instrument privileges!

And people wonder why the IMCR receives so much criticism from some quarters.
