I think what cad123 is trying to ask is: "Do we need to provide a guarantor as part of the contract agreement". 'Guarantor' is a term we use in this part of the world, I'm not sure about its usage elsewhere. A guarantor is a person that 'guarantees' that the loan is repaid in the event that the contract is breached or the candidate fails to complete the training course.
