I have hitherto been a supporter of Aer Lingus but I think this is.......interesting. now IF BFS-LHR has been axed and the sound of U Turns in Shannon is striking. Whilst the possible re-instatement of this route is a good one I think, the BFS-LHR debacle shows that Aer Lingus ought to be careful about the routes they choose. On the plus side it does show flexibility on thinking.

Does anyone else think Aer Lingus back on SNN-LHR is the price of the politicians not selling them out to Ryanair?

Gatwick is fortress easyJet these days with BA far from dead. That's before you get to the strength of Monarch locally.

Good luck chaps.
