The pay talks should be interesting now - Having just voted ourselves a pension cut, management aren't going to take us very seriously asking for a pay rise.
Here's hoping we don't have to ballot on a pay deal, I don't think I can pay the mortgage with the pay cut we'd probably award ourselves.
