The "ban" will not make a difference...those that want to work for CX will do so regardless of the "silent" treatment or not.
CX management should "terminate" any pilot who operates contrary to the laid down procedures...and this includes giving a hard time to new recruits. Those pilots who are already in CX have a duty and responsibility to the company.....NOT to the HKAOA.
When was the last time a current CX pilot had the paycheck signed by the ....union?
Thought not.
And as for "local guys"....why are there not more in the company?
