My take on the final interview

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum/thread so please forgive me for any infraction.

I was in the same interview group as nardnegoy and I'd say the second interview was pretty tough. A general interest in aviation simply isn't enough. The company would've weeded out those without sufficient interest in the first round anyway. To advance beyond the second round, you must really want to be a pilot very badly. I believe you must really really want it. The technical questions are one thing, but what they really source for in the 2nd interview is a candidate that goes beyond wanting to fly, knowing the specs of airplanes and interest in aviation. They're looking at maturity, how one is willing to learn, to make flying their ultimate career and finally, whether you will benefit the company that is SIA (beyond flying tt is).

As for the interview process, i just spent an hour typing it all out in my blog. This is the link:

I sure do hope it is of great help to any of you future candidates.
