We all know what the company's parameters will be with any new software and how good it will be for us.Thats why I thought I'd post twiggsy girls post about what she (the company) thinks of male cabin crew around the age of 50.
So packrat, your saying it's a safety requirement to having balding overweight yobbos on the crew?
If the company is bringing something new in and twiggsy tells us it is state of the art then I have a good idea of what it means for us.

my point was, why talk about getting rid or modifying the bid system when the software is due to be upgraded in a big way?
From that post it looks like we are right for the moment from a line roster because the company thinks it can nail us with new software instead.
When that doesn't work watch out
