I don't know the context of Brian's quote but his statement wouldn't
appear to mean that he had ALL the documents. Even the MoD doesn't have ALL the documents, or at least it frequently claims not to have the ones that have been requested!
By the way, I have a question for you:
Do you agree with AM Wratten that the crew was grossly negligent prior to selecting the new waypoint and, if so, why?
