Diverted passengers won't give a **** where Manston is, all they want know is how long it will take get home.
I hate to agree with Catflaps, but it has taken them 11 years to get this far and aside from a small amount of freight (which provides little or no profit towards massive operating costs), the airport will never pay it's way.
