BBC & ITV channels away from the UK
I know that if you are in the UK you can receive the above channels on a PC as normal, but you can't get them when you are away from the UK.

Apparently you can receive them via Proxy, whatever that means. Anyone care to explain and what do I have to do. It would be a great Christmas present.
