Is it true that the new contracts are being offerred at about $9300 USD/Month for A320 Captains?
Does this mean that it is only a matter of time before the present contracts when they expire will be at the reduced rate? If not before?!?!?
It is very interesting that they tell you that they are loosing money when the flights out of Europe and Australia are all full from what I understand. The only thing I can think of with this is someone hedged fuel at the peak of the fuel price and they have egg on their face and they are now trying to make up for it.
