It's 0500 on a sunday morning and whilst outside easyland having a drop of fresh air i was watching the utter chaos occuring on the round about. As someone previously said because the new drop off zone is so far from the terminal most regular travellers are now stopping on the roundabout, with the security staff trying their uttmost to keep the traffic moving but failing miserably because people just ignore them. However i personally think that anyone who has driven into the new drop off zone realises that getting out of there is almost impossible and you get trapped. Firstly there's a constant flow of people walking across the padestrian crossing from the the drop off zone to the terminal, so the cars just have to wait for ever. Once you've got past there you then have to nudge your way into the queing traffic going into the drop off zone, someone really put a lot of thought into this new lay out. Unless someone changes the priorities the traffic jams are going to be worse next summer than last, with lots of cars going nowhere fast.
