Hang on a minute! I wasn't having a go at Phil directly at all, although some were, I was merely stating an opinion, and I wasn't being touchy either, as His Dudeness puts it. Phil is right, he knows what he's talking about when it comes to managing a company, that's quite clear, but I can see why some took it personally, that's all.
I haven't been made redundant...yet...and if I am in the future, I don't suppose I'll find it an easier pill to swallow because my sacrifice might save a company which no longer feeds me, due to harsh economic fact.
