Ive flown air taxi for long enough to know that the seneca wont climb properly on one engine, on a hot day or at MTOW it simply wont go up (or if it does you will struggle at 1/200ft a min) even the POF says it probably wont climb on one engine and if you read the perf section it says it will maintain a constant rate of DECENT on one engine!
