JPHIL much as it pains me to say it, you are exactly what they don't want. A DEP with a rating costs DEP money and a full time contract. For the forseeable, all that is required in H89 is cheap labour. This will come back and haunt them (it always does) but I would say they'll get away with it for at least 18 months
