MUMBAI, Dec 8 (Reuters) - India's largest private carrier, Jet Airways Ltd (JET.BO: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), said on Monday it would lease out five aircrafts to other airlines on a wet-lease basis.
India's largest private carrier, Jet Airways Ltd said on Monday it would lease out five aircrafts to other airlines on a wet-lease basis.
It would lease out two aircrafts to Gulf Air Company for four months and three aircrafts to Turkish Airlines for six months, the company said in a statement.
Under wet lease agreement, the operational control and maintenance responsibility of the aircrafts would remain with Jet, it said. (Reporting by Janaki Krishnan)
