there are the armchair experts ($ 50 from fantastic furniture store, of course).
there are going to be more challenges for Qantas as well as any airline in the coming year. I do agree on one point. There are far too many managers in the cabin crew department. it used to be 1GM & as few Line & other managers.these days there are more layers then a double danish pastry.
