Happiness was V1 at Lagos!!!!

Certainly not V1.You are all wrong!"Happiness is V2 at Lagos",and several at ACN under Cato,Arthur Chea the Chief Pilot, and Erik "The Red",in the early 80s,and the other Expats had tea Shirts printed to that effect. We were the first guys to coin that phrase, especially if taking the scenic route,Turn Right at the coast after 19L and go direct to Abijan, then Dakar and Valencia to Luton McAlpines or Fields at Heathrow, since the normal route went to Kano,or Kaduna, thence Maiduguri to Taman Rassat or Zarzitine, and thence to civilization in Alicante or Valencia. You would not breathe a sigh of relief until Farmy,SATCO at Lagos, cleared you on course to the Gold Coast, and several times when going north, trying to clear Kano Centre, the Exit Clearance through Mali was stopped with the awful invitation to descend to Sokoto or Maiduguri, and an indefinite stay in the Deribe Hotel!!!!Happy days until Barry Glover's guys ended up in KiriKiri!!!!The joy of 125 flying with the Big Oggas.
