. Those are the summer stats which include T5 opening so of course they are dragging the figures down.
If you look at some more up to date info, you will find that BA lost 12 in 1000 bags in November, which is outstanding - better than LH, AF, KL or IB from their respective hubs. This is mainly because all flights have now moved across to T5, which has a very good baggage system.
