I did my FI(R) course with Sandy at Perth last year, no complaints! Sandy wears several hats at Perth (CFI, Examiner, CPL instructor) so has a full programme! I can't imagine he would be prepared to move to INS for a few weeks. It took 5 weeks full time study to do the course and Flight test, can't imagine it taking much less!
