Thank you for cleaning up the format. I don't seem to have much luck and often end up with different fonts throughout a piece or very small type. I think it is because I write and save to Word and then copy across. Anyway, thanks for your help. I never meant to excite so much reaction the first time round. In my effort to be controversial I probably said some things that were unnecessary and untrue.

As a general comment from an outsider who inadvertently wandered into your space, this looks like an excellent web forum for people in the airline business and I like the fact that the moderator reads postings and monitors them. Very well run and most useful to the contributors I would imagine.
