I wish I had my original TOS when it was 42 days albeit including weekends
I vaguely remember catching the tail end of that when I was at Sleaford Tech, thought they were up to something funny by reducing the amount of leave. Then again, I think I've had 45 days leave every year for the past 5 or so years
Not that I ever manage to take it
But back to the original thread, it probably explains why my leave totals have been up and down more than a tarts knickers the past few weeks as our adminers have tried to implement the PH entitlement. Thought that I was onto a winner when they tinkered with it at the same time I unknowingly put a leave pass in for a long weekend and found that my ILA had actually gone up by 4 days. For a brief moment, I figured that maybe there was a God afterall!
